The teaching of the Hygiene and Prophylaxis module in the fourth year of the Animal Production program aims to enable students to acquire scientific and technical knowledge related to maintaining animal health and preventing the spread of diseases. It focuses on understanding the fundamental principles of health prevention, veterinary hygiene practices, and the management of biological and environmental risks in animal production units. The module also aims to develop students’ abilities to assess health risks, implement hygiene and prevention programs, and ensure safe and healthy animal production, while reinforcing the principles of animal welfare and compliance with health and environmental standards.
